  • Family outdoor educational activities that involve wildlife habitat management, fishing, hunting, the shooting sports and youth life skills development.

Research Summary

  • Pierce's research focuses on the Adaptive Resource Management mode of applied research, with particular emphasis on wildlife populations and habitat relationships within agricultural and forest ecosystems. Current research is associated with the wildlife use of field border systems and the economics of wildlife habitat management on crop production farms in Missouri.
